Passion Fruit pulp topped with a Vanilla bean custard, baked into a light, flavorsome Brulee. Topped with a sugar brittle crust.

Chocolate, Orange & Grand Marnier Trifle $55
A rich decadent layered combination of Mocha chocolate sponge, orange segments, Grand Marnier liqueur, Milk Chocolate fudge sauce & Whipped cream, topped with more whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Fruit Crumble $55
Mixed fruits cooked with vanilla, sweet spices, cane sugar and a splash of port. Topped with a light oatmeal crumble (cobbler) crust and baked till golden. Served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Pineapple Cheese Cake $55
A rich, home made cheesecake base, topped with nuggets of fresh pineapple. Served with a pineapple sauce and a splash of cream.

Banana Pecan Parfait with warm caramel sauce $55

Sliced sun ripened bananas layered with vanilla ice cream and a warm creamy caramel sauce. Dusted with crushed pecan nuts.

A traditional two-layer chocolate sponge cake with rich chocolate Frosting. Served with a drizzle of dark chocolate sauce and a dusting Of Cocoa powder.
